Career path
For more than 25 years, I have been active in executive search, holding leadership positions in renowned international firms before establishing my own consultancy.
My career path includes senior roles at Amrop Jenewein, LAB & Company, and NP Neumann & Partners (now DHR International).
After many years of working within partnerships and international networks, I founded my own executive search firm in 2022 and also served in senior roles at Chaberton Partners and Selion Global Austria.
Since November 2025, I have been Managing Director of Board Connect Austria, based in Vienna, and I am delighted to continue supporting clients and candidates in close collaboration with a strong international team.
After many years in renowned international executive search firms, I now bring my extensive expertise in Executive Search, Management Assessment and Board Advisory to every mandate, with a clear focus on deep industry and role-specific understanding, as well as on promoting diversity and inclusion in the appointment of senior leaders.
What inspires me every day is the personal guidance of careers and corporate paths, the close involvement in the strategies and visions of decision-makers in business and the public sector. With sensitivity, experience and persistence, every search can be brought to a successful conclusion.
