For more than 25 years, I have been active in executive search, holding leadership positions in renowned international firms before establishing my own consultancy.
My career path includes senior roles at Amrop Jenewein, LAB & Company, and NP Neumann & Partners (now DHR International).
After many years of working within partnerships and international networks, I founded my own executive search firm in 2022 and also served in senior roles at Chaberton Partners and Selion Global Austria.
Since November 2025, I have been Managing Director of Board Connect Austria, based in Vienna, and I am delighted to continue supporting clients and candidates in close collaboration with a strong international team.
