As Managing Director of Board Connect Austria, my focus lies on the search and appointment of executives and senior leaders across Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. My mission is to connect people and organizations that can grow together in the long term.
My areas of expertise include Executive Search, Management Assessment and Board Advisory. Each search process is conducted personally, confidentially and with great care – guided by experience, market insight and the belief that true success is built on trust, clarity and integrity. I am also certified in Insights MDI, which supports a nuanced evaluation of leadership potential.
With many years of experience in executive search, I support my clients with passion, confidentiality and the highest level of professionalism in the appointment of senior leaders. My work spans industries and functions, with a particular focus on Austria as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
