For more than 25 years, I have been active in executive search, holding leadership positions in renowned international firms before establishing my own consultancy.<\/p>

My career path includes senior roles at Amrop Jenewein, LAB & Company, and NP Neumann & Partners (now DHR International).<\/p>

After many years of working within partnerships and international networks, I founded my own executive search firm in 2022 and also served in senior roles at Chaberton Partners and Selion Global Austria.
